NRA Instructor courses are discipline specific. Candidates are required to satisfactorily complete eight (8) hours on the NRA Basic Pistol Course previous to attending the rifle course, and demonstrate solid and safe firearms handling skills.

This course includes classroom and range time learning how instruct others in the use of shotguns. Students learn NRA's rules for safe gun handling, shotgun parts and operation, etc. Role-playing is a major part of an instructor course. Students will be working in teams, actually conducting portions of the course to other students.

Prerequisite:
+ NRA Basic Instructor Certification Training

Day one will go from 8:00AM - 5:00PM and Day two will go from 8:00AM - 11:00AM.

Equipment/Ammunition:

+ Eye and Ear Protection
+ Belt
+ Flashlight
+ 150 rounds ammunition for shotgun
+ Sack lunch


COST: $185.00 + $40.00 material fees
