This course teaches simple, yet effective techniques for dealing with force and aggression directed upon your person.

The student will learn how to redirect and neutralize: punches, kicks, grabs and chokes, as well as defend yourself from the ground.

Practical application of the strategy of using the attackers force against him will allow for solutions that are not size and strength dependent. Effective striking, throwing and locking techniques will give the participant the tools necessary to respond to the level of threat being presented.

For those students who have had prior experience in this class, there will be advanced training for you. The class will not repeat itself for advanced students.

Use of Edged Weapons will be incorporated into the class also.

Equipment needed:

+ Safety gear will be provided
+ Loose comfortable clothing advised
+ No weapons
